Hood House Ltd was established in 1999 by Robert Spencer and Christopher Adams who, between them, have around 75 years combined experience in construction, land acquisition and new homes marketing.

From the imaginative development of virgin sites, through to the expert renovation of character listed buildings, Hood House have the experience and capabilities to undertake a variety of projects.

Hood House have also acted as project managers of larger construction schemes in partnership with both private and corporate clients.
